FEES:

• Mediation: $100 per hour, with each party paying one half.
• Pre-mediation meetings flat rate of $75, each party paying their own session.

My commitment to ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) is based on the understanding that non-adversarial ways of managing conflict situations are preferable to more traditional court-based methods. As a mediator, I help to ensure that negotiations are both constructive and fair, and that each party participates and is fully heard. Good, long lasting agreements must meet the needs and interests of both parties.
